We'll diagnose it, tell you what's wrong, and if it's beyond economic repair we return it with a written diagnosis report. Diagnosis fee applies only if we cannot repair and you choose not to proceed. We'll discuss this before any charges.
Yes — most of our repairs are shipped to us from across India. We can arrange pick-up for large or fragile units in Tamil Nadu. Pan-India courier both ways is routine.
No minimum. Single drive repairs are handled with the same process as fleet repairs. We do work with maintenance teams that send batches of 5–20 units from a single site.
The same fault and directly related failures. If a repaired IGBT fails within 6 months under normal operating conditions, we repair it again at no charge. Does not cover new faults caused by wiring errors, over-voltage events, or mechanical damage.
Often yes. End-of-life is where component-level repair has the biggest advantage over replacement — there's no replacement part to buy, but the circuit can still be repaired. Contact us with the model number and we'll confirm.
