How we repair
Every unit is photographed, logged, and powered up on a current-limited supply. We record the fault as it presents — not as the nameplate suggests.
We trace to the failed component: IGBTs, gate drivers, DC bus capacitors, current sensors. Board-level swaps are the last resort, not the first.
Failed parts are replaced with components at or above original ratings. No pulls, no grey-market substitutes.
The repaired drive runs a motor under load on our bench before dispatch. If it doesn't hold load, it doesn't ship.
